Dyan’s Country Kitchen Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Love this spot in Coral Springs for breakfast, but get there early as table space limited and it fills up quickly. Having tried the hash, pancakes, eggs Benedict and more -- everything is delicious and homemade. They even provide a little breakfast sweet cake while you wait. All the staff work together in unison as a well defined staff. We cannot wait to go back soon, and kids enjoy it also !!

I had high hopes for this place, but was ultimately severely disappointed. The service here is horrendous. We went on a Friday night (I like breakfast at night, don't just me!), and there weren't that many people there. No body was there to greet us and tell us where to go, so we just sat at a table close to the main counter. The busboy brought us coffee, but didn't bring cream or sugar, and it took atleast 20 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge our existence. She served the people next to us (who sat down ten minutes after us), and then finally came to take our order. I asked her to bring us cream, which should have taken less than a minute considering we were right by the kitchen, but she NEVER BROUGHT IT. I literally watched her bring food to the table next to us, ketchup and utensils to another table, and talk to another employee. She didn't once look back at our table. Finally I had to walk over and ask for another cup of coffee, since the one at the table had gone cold. It took forever for her to bring us our food, and once she didn't she only came back to hand us the check. On top of all of this, the food wasn't that great. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't better than any other run-of-the-mill diner you'd come across. Definitely not coming here ever again.

Pretty good restaurant. This place is just like any other breakfast place (Denny's, IHOP, Waffle House, etc.). Dyan's is a smaller establishment and feels a bit more homey. Because it's smaller, it means that if you come at the busiest time, you'll end up waiting for a while. They serve complimentary coffee cake that looks like corn bread before your meal. It tasted well with my coffee. My only gripe is that the one they gave us looked like the other table didn't finish theirs, so they gave the other half to us... When you select your meal, I would suggest getting a bialy for your choice of a bagel. Overall, the eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and pancakes taste just like what any other breakfast restaurant would serve.

I've been meaning to make it to Dylan's for awhile, but some of the reviews mentioned a long wait so I had been putting off. We arrived around 1pm on a Saturday afternoon, and though they were busy we were able to sit at a table right away (we would have had to wait for a booth.) The waitress was quick to take our drink order and we began to peruse the menu, At Dylan's they serve breakfast all day (most days they are only open until late afternoon) and the breakfast menu is quite large, I didn't even turn the page for the lunch choices for fear I would be too overwhelmed. I ordered the LEO omelet (lox, egg, onion) and added cream cheese. It came with a choice of potato and I went with home fries, and a choice of bread for which I picked the pumpernickel bagel. It was later in the day so they had run out of many of the more popular bagel flavors, but I actually really like pumpernickel and it goes great with cream cheese so I was happy I didn't have many choices as I may not have tried it otherwise. Our food came out quickly and the portions are huge. There was lots of salmon in my omelet, I was very happy with it. The hash browns were crispy and the bagels were a decent quality (not quite New York style, but still very good). My boyfriend got the 2,2,2 with eggs bacon and pancakes and upgraded to banana pancakes. These were delicious and definitely worth the upcharge. Our waitress checked on us and kept the coffee filled. She delivered our check and we waited around a bit until she informed us that you bring your check to the counter. This is somewhat common for diner type places but we were new so we didn't know at first, now we do. Up front they sell they bagels and cream cheeses along with a variety of pastries and cookies. Everything in the cases looked delicious. Now I know breakfast is a cheap meal, but I thought we had spent a lot...I got a lot of smoked salmon, my boyfriend upgraded his pancakes, I got chocolate milk...yet still our check was only $26. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

I really love this place and it's not just because it's called Dyan (my wife's name with a different spelling). I think we should get a discount, though. Anyway, the food is absolutely delicious. Everything I've tried is great. It's like a country restaurant unlike anything else I've found around here. They make you feel at home if you have great food at home. The decor is fabulous. They have a separate bakery with delicious treats. I'll go to Dyan's any time at all.

Was looking for a good, traditional Eggs Benedict after a trail ride at Markham Park. This fit the bill.

Great breakfast spot. I usually go with the farmhouse or the country inn. One is country fried steak, the other is a bit of everything. Place is ALWAYS packed so be prepared to wait a little, definitely worth it though.

I totally love small town feel mom/pop establishments. Dyan's Country Kitchen is a perfect example of just that! Dyan works and operates the restaurant with her family's help. The atmosphere reminds me a bit of country-style and New York deli combined together. They are very busy mornings and weekends, but the seating doesn't take long. They have many tables inside and outside. They also have a pickup / deli/ desserts to go area as well. So far I have tried their Spanish omelette in one visit and another visit their Mexican omelette. Both were very similar except for a few ingredients. The breakfast platters come with side of potatoes or hash browns. The potatoes are absolutely delicious. The hash browns were average. I have also tried their scrambled eggs, which are nice and fluffy. They have a ton of bagel varieties to choose from as well. Overall, it's a extensive menu with lunch and dinner portion as well. I haven't been to lunch or dinner but breakfast is a hit for sure. It's perfect not having to cook breakfast on the weekend and enjoy Dyan's restaurant. The service is fast and efficient. The servers and hostesses help each other and orders are taken at a very good pace. Now I'm hungry for breakfast after writing this.~

You will always find a really good breakfast at Dyan's! Owner-operator is commonly on site and leads a team who all value friendly customer service. I adore breakfast here. The portions are big!! And the pancakes are tremendous - with fruit or chocolate chips - you will be leaning full and happy. Dyan's is great for the kids too!! Finally, the deli and bagels are excellent. I only use Dyan's for lox and nova platters AND bagels for Mother's Day and Father's Day at the house. There's a counter for a quick meal - although table service is quick and friendly too.

I've been passing by this place for a long time but when I had a weekday off I was able to enjoy a nice breakfast here. So far, my favorite meal is the mini nova platter. The bagels are pretty good (as good as FL bagels can be) and the nova is always fresh. There's a cool blue collar/country charm to this place and I really like that. I'm so sick of the typical FL diners that offer "flashy looks and sucky food", it's nice to get away from that. Thankfully, all the waitresses seemed to be friendly and more importantly, good at their jobs. I do want to acknowledge some of the other yelpers who mentioned poor customer service and bungled orders, though I haven't experienced any of that yet, I'll be on the lookout and I'll update my reviews accordingly. See ya there!

Have been meaning to try Dyan's for breakfast for quite some time based upon my fellow Yelper reviews. I was driving by on Saturday night looking for a place to eat to see they were open for dinner so we stopped in. Upon entering, the first impression is that of a deli; long counter where sandwiches, bagels are prepared, dessert case, bagels on display. A little dated in need of a make over. We were greeted by a waitress who told us to sit wherever we wished. There was a specials board that featured shrimp scampi, skirt steak, soup of the day and vegetable of the day. You can order off of their breakfast all day menu, their sandwiches/burger/salad menu or they have a complete dinner menu with items like chicken Franchese, open faced hot turkey, brisket or roast beef, half a roasted chicken, baked grouper etc. all dinners come with a bread basket, soup or salad, choice of two: potatoes, vegetable, fries, fried sweet potatoes, rice, cole slaw. I went with the hot open faced brisket with mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans and I started with a chicken noodle soup. The soup was terrific. Tasted like homemade. The rolls they serve are amazing, soft and yeasty lightly seasoned with garlic. Brisket was delicious and the mashed potatoes were homemade and the green beans were fresh, not frozen or canned. My hubby had the hot open faced turkey with the same accompaniments. Dinner came with your choice of desserts which did not disappoint - go with the chocolate cake - not a typical diner cake - had nice fudgy filling and frosting. The best part was the service - everybody there stopped over to see how our meal was. Kept offering drink refills, kept asking if we needed anything. The hospitality here was over the top and at the end of the meal our server explained that next time we should try one of the specials. She said they are based upon whatever is purchased fresh that day until sold out. They're only open for dinner Wed-Sat. But definitely must try if you're looking for a home cooked dinner that you don't have to cook at home.

Found this place out after hearing it won best of Coral Springs. I think everyone found it too because it was packed at 11am on a Sunday. Tiny waiting area inside so we had to wait almost 30 minutes outside in the heat. That was the worst part. Everything else was good. I had the eggs Benedict and she had pancakes and both were really good. For being really busy, service was quick and check-out was seamless. I wouldn't say this place was better than anywhere else but food was good with very reasonable pricing.

The Orphans 4 made it here last week after seeing the YELP reviews. We walked in to a crowded Diner like place and were seated immediately, Our server was very pleasant and super efficient and that was a good start. We ordered indivually and had a Nova plate, Beef Melt, Spanish Omlette and naturally I ordered the Patty melt! All our meals were deelish and freshly made. We will definitely be back if nothing else to see a smile on Dyan's face!!

My opinion of the food hasn't changed. The service is exactly the same...But I can't eat here anymore. I can't eat here because I can't watch Dyan treat her employees the way she does. She screams at them...in front of guests. I've seen her scream at guests...I just can't do it. Too bad...I liked this place.

My first time experiencing this restaurant was nothing short of FABULOUS! I had heard wonderful reviews from friends on YELP, so decided to "drag" my son who is currently sporting a walker due to a healing broken leg, out of the house to try it. He's been feeling like he's on house arrest! LOL We missed the early bird dinner(s), but there was plenty to find worthy on the menu (s). We were given a dinner special menu along with their regular menu. There was a board at the front of the restaurant depicting other specials too. He chose the quesadillas with side of sweet potato fries. The quesadillas came with warmed salsa which was a nice touch! He ordered off the regular menu which reads like a short novel with plenty to choose from. I wanted to try the chicken francese to see their French technique. It was on the dinner special menu that listed a varietal of tastes. It came with cup of soup (I had the matzoh ball chicken noodle) and choice of two sides, garlic knots and even dessert was included. The soup was deliciously homemade style and it was a given. I could really taste the fresh dill in the broth. The matzoh ball was fluffy, NOT hard and quite tasty. The soup was NOT salty at all which I also loved about it! When the chicken francese came out, I was floored! I ordered the orzo pilaf and green beans as the two sides. (There were many other options). There was literally enough for TWO, which I promptly separated into a smaller portion for myself to eat as I was REALLY already quite (getting there) full from the cup of matzoh ball chicken soup. It was two VERY large chicken breasts with capers in a lemon sauce and even had a lemon "end" on top for decoration! I couldn't believe how authentically French it tasted! I was super impressed with it along with the orzo and green beans. The couple that sat in a booth adjacent to our table were obvious regulars. They called up in advance for the restaurant's homemade stuffed pepper soup, which is apparently NOT readily available. They elected to dine here this evening and, the restaurant put aside two orders of the soup for them for when they arrived. NOW, THAT'S just good semantics in the restaurant business! They didn't give me the option of that soup when I was ordering; however, they put together a pint of it to go for us to take home, all secure in plastic wrap in a separate bag along with a piece of homemade pumpkin pie in a chocolate crumb crust (also in separate bag). We took home half of my son's meal and more than half of mine with the soup and dessert. We looked like we ordered take-out rather than dining in! LOL While paying the bill at the bakery cashier, had the pleasure of actually meeting the owner, Dyan who didn't let me leave without buying some poppy seed homentachen(sp) for my son who said the next day,"Mom! THAT was the BEST homentachen (sp) I've EVER had!!!" Glad I could please the kid and, hope you'll have as pleasing an experience as WE did!!!

The service here makes you feel right at home! Diner food in a casual and local atmosphere. For me I'd go here for breakfast. They have great oatmeal with fresh cinnamon and fluffy eggs. The coffee was great and refilled fast! It's in a convenient shopping center to which is great also.

Tried Dyan's for the first time while we were looking for a place to eat a late lunch in the area. The place was packed when we walked in but it only took a minute for the waitress to clear a booth for us. The menu is huge and so it took me a while to decide what to get. Overall the food was great and the service was great. All the employees are very friendly and polite. As we were leaving Dyan thanked us for coming and told us about the dinner specials they serve Wednesday-Saturday evenings. Drink and desserts are included for $12.99. Definitely going to come back and try that.

This place is so hit or miss. You can go once and have a great experience and go the next week and have a horrible experience. It seems that if you aren't there by 8:00 am then you aren't going to get the best service. For some reason they don't set up the outdoor patio until they get too busy to set it up - which is beyond me. Why isn't that the first thing they set up when they get there in the mornings so that when the rush hits it's all ready to go? Sometimes the waterfall is on - but mostly it isn't. Anyway - the only redeeming factor is the food is good for a great price. It's unfortunate that they pack you in there like sardines which creates an environment of hostility between patrons because you end up right on top of each other while trying to get in and out of the tables. Also it seems as if they always lead you to your table while its still being bussed causing a bottleneck of traffic in an already jammed packed space. A man actually said to me to "get my butt out of his food". I feel if they are going to keep the seating so tight they should have signs up around the place that remind customers to be respectful to one another - but people are so rude these days I doubt that would matter much. I won't be visiting Dyan's any time in the near future and when I do go back I'll make sure it's before 8am.

I'm confused by all the good reviews. We have been here plenty of times, but today will be our last as we experience horrible service every time. We were sat down without menus, we did not get greeted by a waitress until 5 minutes later. Still no menus, but they asked us what we wanted to drink. Drinks took another 5 minutes. Still no menus. I took it upon myself to grab 2 menus. Finally got our drinks. Cups were extremely dirty. Didn't take our order when drinks were brought. They rushed away. So we waited another 10 to order. Every table around me has a waitress come up to them saying "has anyone taken your drink order?" How about getting menus before asking people what they want to drink? Bottom line they are understaffed, disorganized, & don't know how to run a restaurant efficiently. I have been writing this review as we have been sitting here. It's now been an hour and I have seen 3 other tables who came way after us receive their food. We left, never got our food. Thanks for the coffee. Never coming back.

My husband and I tried this place on the recommendation of my parents. There was a wait because the restaurant was a little crowded. While waiting, we overhear one of the waitresses state that "we only care about the people whose money matters...white people". I immediately asked to speak to the manager and explained that if we weren't welcome at this place (in 2014) we'd happily vacate. The manager asked the waitress who didn't even bother to deny it. She just stated that it was a joke. Hilarious. So if you're among any of the other ethnic groups of the world, please know that your money is not welcome at this hole. :-)

I hate to put a bad review but went there for breakfast sat down outside the water was not working smelled like rotten garbage. Waited for awhile for service ordered breakfast watching people leave that sat a tables for over 15 minutes. The food was bad.i have gone to this place over the past couple of years and it was always great. Looks like they need to look into having more staff to clean and wait on customers.

This place was cheap which was good. However the food was not good. So it gets two stars. And I'm not going to go back. Don't order the omelette.

I know this is a dearly loved local restaurant, but I'm finding it hard to fall in love after my first visit. I'll start by saying I love the look of the establishment, the decor, the style and the cleanliness. It screams country kitchen, and in a great way. The parking lot is really small though, and I noticed a good amount of cars driving way too fast through it, and I even saw one lady drive between cars in the handicap crosswalk area... At the time we arrived on a Saturday morning at 8:30, it wasn't too busy. We sat inside at a big comfy booth and the service was extremely considerate and polite. They brought us anything we needed, refilled coffee quickly, and brought our food order out promptly. I had the fresh orange juice, which was undoubtedly refreshing. I ordered the french toast and one biscuit (because I just love my biscuits). The french toast is made with Challah and it is fluffy, sweet, and delectable. I love when I can actually see the cooked egg in my french toast, it goes to show how homemade it really is. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back and get it again, but it was really tasty. The biscuit was also hearty and huge. I would definitely stop by and pick up some for a little snack some day. I sampled Jonathan's pancake and thought it tasted a bit strange. I like that it was lightly cooked and wasn't like Cracker Barrel (a little more smoky/dark/toasty), but there was just some kind of weird spunk/soapy taste to it. Once the restaurant started to pick up business, it became really hard to hear each other talk. And the thing that really reduced my review rating is the huge, loud, clunking cart they push around to bus the tables. Come on, there are strapping young boys working there, they carry a little plastic bin to put the dishes in! No need to clatter around with a rickety old cart. Overall, the prices are affordable and the portions are great, but I found the food a little lacking and the cart extremely annoying.

This place has everything you want in a nice diner. The food is fresh and generous on servings. Grab a L'Chaim newspaper on the way out:)

Love this mom and pop breakfast joint. The service is always excellent. The food is well priced and comes in huge portions. I usually get an egg white omelette. Pretty much everything they serve on the breakfast menu comes with a full breakfast, like home fries or hash browns or potato pancakes, AND your choice of bread. I just recently found out they take reservations, which is very helpful because it is ALWAYS packed.

I ate here twice over the course of a long weekend. Normally, I like to diversify when I'm traveling, but I wasn't even mad that my sister dragged me here twice. First time, I had the Eggs Benedict. I love love love this dish but find that it's just too easy to screw up. Too-tangy Hollandaise, undercooked eggs, overcooked eggs. I'm often disappointed but still order the dish in hopes of finding the perfect Eggs Benedict. Now, I can't say I had it here. The eggs were slightly overcooked. BUT the Hollandaise sauce was absolutely delicious. The dish comes with a side and I chose the hash browns. Nondescript but just fine with some salt and pepper added. The second time I was here, I tried the biscuits and sausage gravy combo. Yum! This dish also comes with two eggs, two sausage links or bacon slices, and a choice of hash browns, home fries, grits, oatmeal, or toast (I think). I went with hash browns again and ordered my eggs over-easy so I could mix the gooey yolk with the potatoes. It was awesome. Overall, I was very pleased with the food. The service was pretty good as well. The second time I was here, it was a large group of 12 for Sunday brunch and we did need to remind the staff to bring out a couple of things. But overall, no real complaints on service. A couple of minor notes: - The food comes out pretty fast, which is great when you're starving. - On the weekends, they bring out a plate of coffee cake that I hear is complimentary (I didn't pay that weekend, so I can't say for sure), which is also great when you're starving. - There is outdoor seating, but depending on the direction of the wind, you may get gusts of garbage-scented breeze from the dumpsters in the back of the building.

Been eating here lately and everything always so good, staff so friendly. Decided life was too stressful to cook Thanksgiving this year and chose their catering option, wow is all I can say. Probably the most moist and delicious turkey I've ever had - seriously off the chain. Everything was awesome, delicious as if I had made it myself. I may never cook thanksgiving again!!!!! Great value. Thanks Dyan you gave me a stress-free relaxing holiday

I was excited to try this restaurant after a running buddy recommended it to me and so I recommended it to my boyfriend and couple friends of ours who were returning from their honeymoon and stopping in before heading home. (Honestly, these are probably two most game people I know, as I constantly take them new places). While the food was good and the menu stoked with ample choices, the wait staff really left something to be desired. Our waitress appeared to be the only competent individual in the restaurant, but given it was 12:00 pm on a Saturday, the restaurant was packed. The hostess was a completely disorganized and allowed four (4) people, whom i can only assume were friends/co-workers to skip the line and place their name ahead of ours on the wait list. A woman and her friend were also seated before us, in a booth that would have comfortably sat our party of four. Michele was our waitress and she was good; again, she seemed very on top of her game in a busy restaurant. I got the impression that many of the other wait staff were high school or college students, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but many of the other wait staff seemed clueless as to how to work efficiently in a restaurant. A bus boy dropped a knife on our friend's toe and failed to notice when the rag on his dish tray fell onto the floor. Overall, not a bad experience. The food was good but I wont be taking anyone but my boyfriend there again.

There aren't many places that can successfully pull off country delights like sweet tea in a jar or biscuits and gravy while also serving bagels & lox and potato pancakes. I guess that's why this place is in Coral Springs.

2nd review for Dyan's just to compliment our servers Michele and Jackie! Place could still use a good cleaning. Turkey off the bone on rye delicious and hummus and cucumber salad are both excellent.

So I stumbled in here today by chance after an appointment at the spa next door. I was hungry so decided to check it out and it seemed interesting enough. I assure you, I was NOT disappointed! When I was seated, however, it took a long time for people to attend to me. I was kind of confused by that because every family/group after was greeted, sat and given menus right away. It could be because I am younger and was dining alone. It might have also been because I came exactly at 6pm and they might have been changing crews or changing to dinner time? So I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Either way, after they finally did get to me, they did a much better job at helping, still less attending to me than other families/people but I guess I can expect that for looking young and dining alone. Everyone in there was much older, not sure why because it was phenomenal food. Maybe it's because the older and wiser. I ended up doing the dinner special for $14.50. It is a great deal! You get soup or salad, an entree with 2 sides, a drink and a dessert! There is also an early bird special apparently from 4-6pm for $12.50 but I was charged for the $14.50 because they didn't get my order until about 6:10pm, even though I arrived earlier. Again, it's not that big of a deal to me because there were VERY redeeming factors...THE FOOD! The food came out a lot faster than it took to take my order so I was very pleased. The rolls came out first and they were garlic-y and delicious! I was not expecting them to come out so fast after the previous service I experienced and like I said, they were amazing. Also got the soup, chicken noodle, it wasn't amazing or mention-able, just good. Also ordered a caramel coffee, nothing fancy, just tasted like coffee and got free refills so no complaints there. The entree came out fairly fast also. I got chopped Salisbury steak with onions and my two sides were mashed potatoes and homemade potato chips. Perfection. All of it. Worth the wait, worth everything and highly recommended! Food came out warm and exceeded my expectations. I was full so I had the food packed and they also let me take another cup of coffee to go! Towards the end the staff became much nicer and attentive for whatever reason, just took a star off for the slowness in the beginning, but like I said, could have just been a shift change. Either way, I will DEFINITELY return!!

Liked-The biscuits and gravy are the best I've ever had outside of my own home. They are stick to your ribs thick and creamy, and the sausage has great flavor. Disliked- The Everything bagel is lacking the everything, had little flavor and little toppings.

Best pancakes in town! The home fries, eggs, sausage, its all good! The food is excellent and the prices are very low. The atmosphere is similar to a Cracker Barrel which isn't my favorite but the food and service definitely makes up for it.

Dyan's! They have a huge menu with something for everyone. Generous portions of breakfast and lunch classics. Excellent whitefish salad, matzo ball soup, club sandwiches, omelettes, and so much more. Friendly service, don't be surprised if you have a wait to be seated.

Found this place on Yelp, have been looking for a good deli for the past year. This place fits the bill. I knew I was in heaven when I asked the server if they cooked their own corned beef and pastrami and she said yes!! Nothing worse than a deli that serves processed meat like Boarshead!!! Place was very clean, good service and huge sandwiches. We will be back!!!

Great food - for the most part, fast - efficient service. Quite a wait on the weekends. Come early or after noon - otherwise be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes or longer for a table. Biggest pet peeve - one small bathroom for a big restaurant with a crowd waiting outside - just doesn't seem right. Everything else is high quality, fresh and well prepared.

We eat at Dyan's Country Kitchen at least twice a month for breakfast on weekends and on occasion lunch during the week if business takes us in the area. The place is always crowded, for a reason, it is that good. The breakfast foods are all delicious. The sandwiches are great and huge. And you would be hard pressed to find better Shrimp salad anywhere. Dyan is always in house and works as hard as anyone. If you have a problem find her, she addresses it immediately. I see some reviews complaining about rudeness, I've never had a rude waitress but these folks bust their butts and never stop, take a moment to relax and you should not have a reason to complain. It has never taken me an hour or more to arrive, wait for the table, receive my food and finish eating. Worth the short wait for the table.

The hidden jewel! Everything looked delish, but I got the corned beef omelette and my boyfriend got the southern which was country fried steak with a biscuit and gravy. And they have Tabasco!!!!

One of the best diners in Coral Springs. I've been coming here for years and will continue coming. They have a bunch of different menu items to choose from. From breakfast food to lunch and to dinner, its all been good. I normally come to Dyan's for lunch and depending on my mood, I like to switch it up. My normal go-to here is the Turkey Melt. It is piled high of fresh turkey meat and the cheese is melted perfectly on this sandwich. It comes with fries (i choose the sweet potato fries), which are delicious. Also, it comes with second side and I usually get the cucumber salad. I haven't had a complaint about their food and service yet. Always good comfort food. Highly reccomend others to try.

Went there for breakfast on weekend when place is usually jammed. Ordered a breakfast wrap which had a long hair in it. Asked for manager/owner who not only did not make any concession or ask me if I'd like something else but didn't even apologize. Will never go back

Dyan's is great! I've been coming here with my family for years and we all love it. It's the perfect spot for a delicious breakfast or "comfort food" at any time of day. Their bagels are fresh and their matzo ball soup is my favorite!

Sunday morning at 8am & no wait at all! My boyfriend and I were seated immediately & within two minutes we had our coffee & ice water. We have not been there in over a year & our waitress remembered us! Her name is Michelle & she is wonderful. We each had a simple breakfast of poached eggs, hash browns & rye toast. Our breakfast was good especially the hash browns. Michelle kept a close eye on us & was always there to refill our coffee. This is not a restaurant you would go to for the ambiance & it can definetely use a makeover but Dyans Country Kitchen is a good place to grab breakfast. The prices were great & parking was easy.

My family and I go there a few times a month and always leave satisfied. This number would actually go up if it weren't for their reduced hours on Sun-Tues nights. My favorite dishes are the Chef Salad (regular), their tuna melt and their MEATLOAF!! Sadly, they only make the meatloaf once a week and I sometimes miss out. Their homemade potato chips are delicious and their potato salad reminds me of home (New York). I also love their bagels and vegetable cream cheese!! Comfort food at a great price with friendly staff. Come see for yourself.

The absolute best! Caters to everyone - families, couples and singles with the same hospitality and same great food. Just placed my order for Rosh Hashana sides. Yummy!

All I can say is they are consistent, consistently BAD! When they first opened years ago it was a close and convenient place to get breakfast. Just about on every occasion there was an issue. Hair on our plate, bacon pieces on my daughter's vegetarian omelet, stale bagels, the list goes on. Each time I would say, maybe it's just a bad day. On one occasion when paying the bill at the counter the owner cashed me out, she asked how was everything, when I expressed my disappointment in the meal she pretty much ignored me handed me the receipt and said, have a good day. There is nothing special about this place so I'm not sure how they get busy on the weekends or even how they are still open. The bakery items never look fresh and if you get a bagel you better get it toasted because they are stale as well. This last time we went will defiantly be our last.

Seriously Dyans? I used to love coming here for breakfast but now I'm not so sure. Last time I got an order to go, complete with EXPIRED soda. Brought it back and they offered me more soda- that was expiring in two weeks. Then this time I called, and was put on HOLD. For 15 minutes. So I decided to just walk in and place my order and realized I was still on hold. It's a Wednesday at 10 and I see people just sitting around doing nothing, not very busy.Placed my to go order, and had to remind about the sides because they forgot. They have gone downhill. Now I'm picking up my order and am still on hold, and this is probably the last order I'll place with them.

Good breakfast and good service. Eggs cooked correctly to order, home fries are deep fried but done well, good bacon, so so ham and mediocre coffee. Friendly staff help make it a good experience for diners looking for a lot of choices and reasonably fast service for a fair price. Will have to try lunch sometime when back in the area.

Live In the area and just tried this place for the first time. Yum! I really like the country feel, the portion sizes, and good coffee. Great menu selection. Good service but couldn't really pin down who our server was. The bake case was a little lackluster, but breakfast was awesome. Definitely coming back.

This place is disgusting! I found hair in my food, the place was dirty and the food tasted horrible. The price is the same as Cracker Barrel or Original House of Pancakes but the quality doesn't even come close to these places.

Great breakfast and great service. Loved the lemonade and the home style feeling. My girlfriend said her mother used to bring her here when she was young and it still looks the same from when she was a kid.

ABOSOLUTLY HORRIBLE !!!!!!!! The wait staff was horrible, the stacked the plates of pancakes on top of each other... And acted as if there was no problem with the bottom of someone else's plate literally resting on top of my food.. And then to top it off, there was a dead fly resting in the bottom of the syrup container. When it was brought to attention of the wait staff, they said oh that's a "bubble". When I replied loudly it has LEGS, she then got the manager/owner who then had a serious issue with my complaints. She chopped it up to "Oh things happen"..... REALLY !!!!

Went for brunch today and it was delish. Had a long wait but it was expected for a sunday. It was definitely worth the wait. Had the eggs benedict with hash browns and my friend had a sausage and cheese omelet with a bagel and hash browns . Both of our meals were good and we will definitely be back.

owner charged me $12.90 for chicken soup , two balls and a bag of bagel chips. after checking the menu online i see she charges what ever she wants, not the prices on the menu. what a thief!! cannot be trusted!! food is good if you don't mind being ripped off by the owner. customer beware.

3 and a half stars. Came here for Brunch on the Friday after Thanksgiving Pros: - A nice outdoor seating area - Good service - Good prices - Huge menu - The specialty waffle (w/ cinnamon apples & walnuts) was very good. The only minus was the Spanish omelette. It was just very bland all the way through, the salsa wasn't anything special. Also the home fries were overly breaded and tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. Luckily it wasn't too expensive. Overall I think this place is good and I would definitely return.

Love this place! Have never had a bad meal here; everything tastes home made. It always seems busy on weekends, with many people waiting outside, but it moves along fast. Servers are pleasant also, which is a plus

Good solid breakfast food. Had the country fried steak and eggs. Usually other places give u two eggs but I think most combo items give you three.Good portions for the price. Service was a bit slow for a weekday, but it actually was pretty packed in there. The bagels were just ok.. I've had better as with the cream cheese. But nonetheless, I will be back to try other items when I'm in the area.

Whoever that waitress is that brought us the lipstick cup, and rudely treated us tonight, thank you. I am sure you will be on the other side one day. We got lipstick stained cup, asked for a replacement cup and a new tea bag, we got the wrong tea bag, and had to wait for it because you were too busy laughing and giggling. The restaurant has good reviews, but be careful with the rude waitress who is working there on the college break. Bad service is not good for your reputation. Stay away from this place!

Service could be better but the $4 breakfast is great! Seating outside is 1st come 1st serve which kinda sucks because almost everyone wants to sit outside so the wait is usually long.

I usually only write complaint about restaurants. But I cannot hold back on this one. It won't do its justice Delicious everything! Staff is super friendly and attentive, better than some of the top restaurants that I've visited. It feels like home. Many healthy options if that's what you want. Even the regular pancake, bacon and sausage is not greasy as other usual breakfast joints. I am sure I will bring my family regularly from now on. Cannot believe I've been taken my kids to the McDonald all the times that I visited this plaza.

I have been a loyal customer at Dyan's for the last 3 years, and after today I will NEVER be going back! After being told by the young hostesses in the front that we would only have to wait 20 minutes, my boyfriend asked the hostess how much longer, and she replied 10 minutes. 10 minutes later we ask again, and again she replies 10 minutes. So, my boyfriend goes inside to ask for an ice coffee where the man behind the deli counter offers to give it to him (free of charge). My boyfriend comes back outside, and we wait another 20 minutes. The hostess felt terrible for us waiting so long, that she offered to get us some more drinks (also complimentary). We were told to sit at a booth and then as we were walking to the table another couple sat down at our booth, and after being moved 3 different times we finally were seated (at a table with disgustingly dirty silverware, and a bucket of cream that looks like it has been sitting out for 3 days). The waitress comes and asks us if we are ready to place our orders and we tell her that our drinks are free of charge which she said was no problem. Immediately Dyan, the owner runs over to our table SCREAMING that there was no way our coffee was free, and that her hostess who is "only a hostess" has absolutely no authority to give someone free drinks. We did not argue and agreed to pay. She then brings the hostess over to the table to explain herself, where she lied and said "no I didn't tell you free, I said three", which makes no sense but we can't blame a 15 year old who is probably petrified of Dyan. We didn't want any trouble so we agreed to pay for the beverages but you would think it would go without saying since we have been such loyal customers for all these years . We then go to the counter to pay the bill and the guy behind the deli counter makes a comment reminding Dyan to charge us for the ice coffee's which we drank while we were waiting for a table which he also said was FREE. Well, my boyfriend tried defending himself clearly the employees are so petrified to speak up to Dyan that they just lie, and Dyan went absolutely crazy! She was screaming (loud enough for everyone in the restaurant to hear) that he was a liar, and has no integrity...we were mortified, as well as everyone else in line waiting to pay. No customer should EVER be talked to that way, and I will never be going there again. Dyan is nasty, very unprofessional, and the quality of her restaurant has decreased dramatically!

Great sunday breakfast. I ate here one time with my husband and two friends. It was jam packed on a sunday morning. We only had a two minute wait. The seating is VERY tight. This is my only complaint. I ordered an omelette with a bagel and sausage links. Everything was great. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. It was so filling we left stuffed!! We definitely recommend dyans country kitchen.

Went there for the first time today because of the reviews but was very disappointed. I asked for a western omelette well done and the veggies were raw and other things that we ordered that were not correct. Service very slow as well. First and last time that I will go.

One of the better breakfast joints in Coral Springs. I come here whenever I'm in town, and it never disappoints. The food is exceptional, and the service is quick and friendly. I always sit at the counter, so I've never had to wait for a table. But if there's always a line, you know it must be good. If you're looking for a great place for breakfast, this is it.

This place ROCKS. Great food, fast service, nice people, outdoor seating (pet friendly), inexpensive prices - you can't ask for more! The food is very good, the hash browns in particular were extra delicious! No matter how busy they get there is always an abundance of friendly staff waiting to serve you. You get a ton of food for a great price. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Enjoyed the outside seating as much as the good home cooking. The staff was attentive, the service was good and the food was the hearty home cooking I was hoping to find. I went with my son and we loved the food, I will go back with family and friends for nothing fancy, just good food. Just waht we were looking for near our new home.

We tried Dyans based on a recommendation and were told they are usually packed on the weekends. This was true. We had a 20-25 min wait before we were seated on a Sunday. We didn't think the wait time was too long especially since we were in the middle of the after-church crowd. After we were seated, we got coffee and our orders taken quickly but there was a bit of a wait for the food. They were crowded, we understood. I had Eggs Benedict with a short stack of choc chip pancakes. The Benedict was very tasty and the home fries were good to sop up the egg yolk and hollandaise. The pancakes had lots of chocolate chips but were otherwise pretty dry. We had syrup, of course, but that makes them way too sweet. I wish places would offer fresh whipped cream instead of syrup when you order pancakes like this. Overall, I enjoyed my meal. One minor annoyance was the young waitstaff. They tended to stand around and talk/flirt more than wait tables. One of the waitresses mentioned to the male bus boy that she'd had the BEST shower that morning and she didn't want to get out. Ummmm...good for you...? I'm just trying to enjoy my eggs here. I'd visit again if I were in the area but I wouldn't drive out of my way.

I ate here this morning with friends after a long Friday night out, and it was exactly what the doctor ordered. We arrived around 8:30, and there was plenty of seating available. It's a small restaurant/deli so you can seat yourself wherever you like including some outside patio seating. The servers were very attentive and pleasant and constantly checked on our table for refills, etc. The prices here are reasonable, and you get a decent amount of food. Not much to say about standard breakfast items, although I did quite enjoy my hash browns, and my friend said his home fries were very tasty. Also, two thumbs up for this place's flavorful coffee and unique mason jar iced tea! (See added picture!)

Surprisingly good! Most places call their food southern because its deep fried and the grease runith over. Not so here. The food tasted very high quality and really well prepared. The decor is very country and quaint. They were packed but the noise level was low and no one seemed to be rushing around. Seemed very well run. We didn't like sitting so close to everyone else, but it wasn't too bad. Our food came out amazingly fast, like less than 10 minutes after ordering. We had eggs benedict and a chicken fried steak. The hollandaise was perfect, along with the whole dish. The Canadian bacon could have been a little easier to cut but it tasted so good. The steak was not too greasy, grits were just right, sausage gravy was sooooo yummy. Coffee was good too. Reasonable price as well. Really good breakfast spot.

Went here for my Boyfriends Birthday for breakfast. Though it would be a great idea since we are constantly looking for unique mom and pop restaurants that are not chains. We called to check the wait time since it was a Saturday and had heard the wait was long usually and were pleased to hear we could add our name to have a table ready for us! We walked in and were seated immediately! The feel if this place is very laid back. It's got a deli and a small restaurant. It's definitely nothing fancy and the waitresses are a bit all over the place but they are very sweet. The food was amazing and large portions. Best part is they give you the most delicious and moist coffee cake while you wait for your breakfast! That right there made me happy! Free cake! The prices are definitely affordable. Loved it!

My wife and i Went here yesterday for the first time and in-spite it being very crowded they were able to seat us right away. At first glance the place looked clean but after closer inspection we saw that the hanging plant were extremely dusty. The waitresses were ok but not overly friendly. The food was ok but my bagel wasn't very good at all. The cashier wasn't all that friendly and very slow and seemed more interested in talking to her coworker than helping customers. Most likely won't go back again.

Awful. When i said i wanted cheese in my scrambled eggs i did not mean i wanted two cold slices of American cheese placed on my scrambled eggs. It was kinda gross. Service was bad. It was really cheap. But, i guess you get what you pay for. My two stars go to the two waitresses that each had a see through top on.

This is a great breakfast destination. There food quality and wait staff is very good. You can wait for a table, so be prepared on a weekend or prime time. Good combination of breakfast items. Eggs Benny and waffles are very good.

The customer service leaves much to be desired. Most of the wait staff need to be re-trained. Service is often slow and inefficient Almost every time I go to this place, my order is bungled. There is very little attention to detail and not much concern for accuracy. My order, whether in house or takeout, is nearly always wrong. Yesterday I ordered a California wrap, presssed, with the whole wheat wrap and the cucumber salad. I received an unpressed (cold) white flour wrap and NO cucumber salad. One time they gave me tomato salad instead of cucumber salad: no attention to detail. It's annoying to pay for something only to discover after driving away that I didn't get what I paid for. Even when my husband and I eat in the restaurant, we still observe poor (slow) service and inaccuracy. Two days ago we were among only seven customers in the whole restaurant. The waitress still took an inordinate amount of time to get to us and failed to check on us after bringing the order. Our water glasses were never once refilled. She also forgot one of my side items. Unfortunately, this is not an exception--bad, inaccurate service, whether in the restaurant or getting takeout, is the norm. The food does taste good (if you can get them to bring you what you actually ordered), but you can get even better food with great customer service at TooJay's.

I came here with some family for dinner once. It's a quaint, diner style kind of place. Food was cheap and pretty good. It's a great place to get together as a group, talk and enjoy some food. Good variety of food selection to choose from and a freindly staff. We had a great family get together here!

  • Michael L.

Great, great breakfast place. It gets crowded very quick here and it's often a feat to make sure nobody cuts you in line for a table, especially the outside ones where people tend to hover and swoop on tables instead of waiting in the long que of people patiently waiting on the sidewalk or inside for a table. If you like good ol' diner food I recommend it. The biscuits and gravy are perfect with a gravy that's not too runny and not too thick layered on HUGE soft, fresh biscuits. The omelets are enormous and surely will satisfy the largest appetites.

Recommended by a co-worker, we decided to give it a shot. Tired of the usual Denny's and ihop for brekky, we figured it's good to try a different place! Portions are huge! We ordered biscuits and gravy and I could say it's good for 4 people. It comes with tiny bits of meat, sauce is too rich, but a bit bland. It was okay though. Service is slow and it's not even busy. I guess it's just our server. Oh well... I ordered chocolate milkshake, yum yum! It's definitely better compared to other place for breakfast but then again, I guess it's better to come back and try their other dishes!

The place is amazing!! The spinach feta cheese omelette is huge and cooked to perfection. Our ruben sandwich was so large and the corn beef was tender and lean. You might want to get a side plate and share what you ordered with everyone in your group. Homemade potato chips and cumber salad sides were outstanding. Service made your feel one of the family and the price was very, very reasonable for the portions and quality. A place that you must experience.

Very good breakfast place. Looked over their dinner menu and it looked pretty tasty too. Breakfast prices are about right and dinner prices looked like a decent deal. The breakfast is very yummy and good if you are in the area though it can get busy like every other place in the morning.

I ate here for breakfast while visiting Coral Springs. Very good food! I had the lox and bagel platter (bagels are homemade) and it was great. Good prices and friendly service. Indoor and outdoor seating available. It was very busy in the morning so plan on a wait, especially for indoor seating. Service is a bit slow as well as they are understaffed. Still, I would definitely eat here again.
